TradeWind Markets, a digital trading platform for precious metals and alternative assets built on the blockchain, has raised $2.3M in funding according to a recent SEC filing. The filing indicates that the total offering is for $2.9 and this close comes from a sole investor. Founded by Fraser Buchan, Matthew Trudeau, and Mike Haughton in 2016, TradeWind Markets has now raised a total of $27.4M in reported equity funding.
