On March 14, 2024, Sphere 3D (ANY) terminated its Grasp Internet hosting Providers Settlement, dated April 4, 2023, between the Firm and Insurgent Mining Firm, LLC (the “Settlement”), in accordance with its phrases. The termination of the Settlement is efficient instantly. The Firm has reserved all rights, together with the fitting to claim damages for breach of contract below the Settlement.
