Blockchain safety agency Quantamp is ready to return $28 million raised in a 2017 preliminary coin providing (ICO) following fees introduced by america Securities and Change Fee.

The U.S. company introduced that it had formally charged the California-based agency on July 21 for conducting an unregistered ICO of “crypto asset securities.” Based on the SEC’s assertion, Quantstamp agreed to settle the fees.
