Musk’s Neuralink switches location of incorporation to Nevada By Reuters

(Reuters) -Elon Musk’s brain-chip implant firm, Neuralink, modified its location of incorporation from Delaware to Nevada, in line with the enterprise portals of each states.

The event comes a couple of week after Musk stated Tesla (NASDAQ:) would maintain a shareholder vote to switch its state of incorporation to Texas from Delaware after a decide invalidated his $56 billion pay package deal.

Nonetheless, switching the state of incorporation for Tesla may include hurdles akin to investor lawsuits, significantly if it was seen as a transfer to safe his pay package deal, authorized consultants stated.
