GMS awarded two-vessel contract offshore Europe, expands backlog to $540 million


Gulf Marine Companies (GMS) has been awarded a brand new contract masking two of its Massive-class self-propelled, self-elevating assist vessels in Europe. The settlement spans a complete of 985 days and can see the property proceed supporting offshore operations throughout the area.

With this award, GMS’s contracted backlog will increase to USD 540 million. Government Chairman Mansour Al Alami mentioned the win displays robust, sustained demand for the corporate’s fleet and its means to offer dependable and cost-efficient offshore assist options.

GMS operates a fleet of 13 SESVs able to platform refurbishment, effectively intervention, offshore wind assist, set up and decommissioning work throughout the Center East, Europe, West Africa and North America.
