“The Authorities has been knowledgeable that The Bahamas notified the USA earlier as we speak that The Bahamas didn’t intend to extradite the defendant on the marketing campaign contributions depend,” the DOJ letter stated. “Accordingly, in step with its treaty obligations to The Bahamas, the Authorities doesn’t intend to proceed to trial on the marketing campaign contributions depend.”
