To allow EA to take information from sites (if the EA algorithm provides for it), you need to enable the use of WebRequest in the terminal (MT4 or MT5).

To do this, open Tools > Options > Expert Advisors. Check the option “Allow WebRequests for listed URL:”. For example, in my Expert Advisors I use the following news site: https://ec.forexprostools.com/
