Groningen-based CropX Applied sciences, a supplier of agribusiness farm administration options, introduced on Wednesday, October 4, that Brussels-based VC agency Newtree Impression has joined the CropX Collection C funding spherical.
The Dutch firm closed its $30M (roughly €28.4M) Collection C spherical of funding in April 2023 in a spherical led by Aliaxis that included Edaphon, Finistere Ventures, NTT Finance Company, OurCrowd, Reinke Irrigation, Yair Shamir, and Victrix.
Nevertheless, the Dutch reopened the spherical to incorporate Newtree Impression.
With this funding, CropX will speed up its efforts in making precision agriculture accessible to farmers globally resulting in extra environment friendly useful resource use, elevated crop yields, and a more healthy planet.
