Difference Insider Yahoo vs Nasdaq : stocks


I am reconciling insider trading data between the two platforms on the example Vroom.

On June 16thm Laura O’Shaugnessy was granted a certain contingent of common stocks [3]

Why is Yahoo tracking this as grant, while Nasdaq reports it as a buy? How can it be a buy if the price is zero?

Which one is correct?
