(Reuters) -Personal fairness traders of Basis Shopper Healthcare, which sells widespread morning-after tablet Plan B One-Step, are exploring a possible sale of the corporate, Bloomberg Information reported on Wednesday.
The corporate might search greater than $4 billion, the report mentioned, citing folks accustomed to the matter.
Stakeholders, together with Kelso & Co. and Juggernaut Capital Companions, are working with monetary advisers and are at an early stage of deliberations, which can or might not end in a deal, the report mentioned.
