I like the 30 Days of Night time franchise, so I used to be tremendous excited to find this week that it is selecting again up with Falling Solar, and this primary subject didn’t disappoint. 30 Days of Night time: Falling Solar is written by Rodney Barnes (Killadelphia), who labored with the collection’ authentic author Steve Niles to convey the brand new story to life, and options artwork by Chris Shehan (Home of Slaughter). In 30 Days of Night time: Falling Solar, 20 years have handed since vampires descended upon Barrow. Teenager Jalen James arrives within the distant Alaskan city simply forward of the lengthy polar evening to stick with his uncle, in search of an escape from his life in LA. However unbeknownst to the townspeople, the vampires have begun stirring once more, with vengeance on their minds and their sights set on Barrow.
The primary subject is basically setting the stage, reintroducing us to the vampires and giving us a way of who’s who in Barrow now (and who remains to be haunted by the violence of the previous). I’ve acquired excessive hopes for the place it’s going to take us.
