Greece shares greater at shut of commerce; Athens Basic Composite up 0.01% By Investing.com

Investing.com – Greece shares have been greater after the shut on Monday, as good points within the , and sectors led shares greater.

On the shut in Athens, the gained 0.01%.

The most effective performers of the session on the have been Piraeus Financial institution SA (AT:), which rose 1.93% or 0.07 factors to commerce at 3.60 on the shut. In the meantime, Elton S.A. (AT:) added 1.74% or 0.03 factors to finish at 1.75 and Piraeus Port (AT:) was up 1.39% or 0.40 factors to 29.20 in late commerce.

The worst performers of the session have been High quality and Reliability SA (AT:), which fell 3.30% or 0.04 factors to commerce at 1.06 on the shut. Iktinos Hellas (AT:) declined 3.08% or 0.01 factors to finish at 0.28 and Lavipharm SA (AT:) was down 2.94% or 0.02 factors to 0.73.

Falling shares outnumbered advancing ones on the Athens Inventory Trade by 65 to 51 and 19 ended unchanged.

Shares in Piraeus Port (AT:) rose to 5-year highs; rising 1.39% or 0.40 to 29.20.

Gold Futures for December supply was up 0.02% or 0.60 to $2,749.80 a troy ounce. Elsewhere in commodities buying and selling, Crude oil for supply in December rose 1.81% or 1.26 to hit $70.75 a barrel, whereas the January Brent oil contract rose 1.71% or 1.25 to commerce at $74.35 a barrel.

EUR/USD was up 0.58% to 1.09, whereas EUR/GBP unchanged 0.08% to 0.84.

The US Greenback Index Futures was down 0.55% at 103.64.
