(Reuters) -Electrical car maker BYD Co (SZ:) Ltd mentioned on Monday its unit struck a cope with U.S.-based manufacturing agency Jabil Inc’s Singaporean unit to purchase its product manufacturing enterprise in China for 15.8 billion yuan ($2.17 billion).
The deal will broaden BYD Digital (Worldwide) Co’s (BE) buyer base, product portfolio, and broaden its enterprise of smartphone parts, and increase its development because it appears to be like to seize the potential development within the sector.
