Dutch chipmaker NXP agrees to purchase TTTech Auto, a Vienna-based automotive security software program supplier, for $625M in money, aiming to spice up its automotive operations  —  Dutch laptop chip maker NXP stated on Tuesday it has agreed to purchase Austria’s TTTech Auto for $625 million, to strengthen its automotive operations.
