Content Demands Drive DAM Uptake


Digital asset management (DAM) technology is not new, but there’s been a resurgence of interest because of the content demands that all organizations face. In our recent Wave (The Forrester Wave™: Digital Asset Management For Customer Experience, Q1 2022) we looked at the top 14 vendors in the space and surveyed 39 of their collective customers. The result? We found that almost half of those customers had only been using their DAM for two years.
