The Tech at Mintel series shines a spotlight on our global IT department and how some of the industry’s best and brightest build Mintel’s modern, agile, and scalable technology backbone.

The COVID-19 pandemic created a whole new set of concerns for businesses, who turned to Mintel, the World’s Leading Market Intelligence Agency, for answers. We were able to start providing insight to our clients right away, in large part because our content management system was designed in such a way that we could add whole new content types in hours instead of days or weeks.

In this presentation, we cover where Mintel started, the  journey to where we are now, including how we overcame challenges as a globally distributed team, and what  this enabled us to do during the pandemic when everyone went remote. Watch below, and download a full copy of the presentation  here.
