Google’s determination to take away some apps in India from its app retailer “can’t be permitted”, Data Know-how Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw stated on Saturday, amid an ongoing dispute over service charge funds to the US agency.
Google on Friday faraway from its Play Retailer many Indian apps, together with Matrimony.com’s standard Bharat Matrimony and job search app Naukri, saying the businesses weren’t abiding by its in-app fee tips.
Vaishnaw stated he has held talks with Google and can meet the startups, which wanted safety in India.
“This can’t be permitted. This type of de-listing can’t be permitted,” he stated in an announcement.
