Starlink plans to supply its satellite-based Direct to Cell service to LTE telephones first for texting in 2024, and voice and information and IoT assist in 2025  —  The location reveals SpaceX is concentrating on subsequent 12 months to launch the service to energy satellite-based textual content messaging.  The corporate then plans on supporting voice and textual content in 2025.
