UAW prepares for extra US auto strikes; Ford Canada talks prolonged By Reuters

DETROIT (Reuters) -The United Auto Employees union stated it could announce on Friday extra U.S. crops to strike if no severe progress was made in talks with the Detroit Three automakers, as a Canadian union held off on a direct walkout at Ford (NYSE:)’s operations in Canada.

The UAW final week launched a strike in opposition to Ford, Basic Motors (NYSE:) and Chrysler dad or mum Stellantis (NYSE:), focusing on one U.S. meeting plant at every firm.
