WASHINGTON (Reuters) – A U.S. federal court docket rejected the Federal Commerce Fee’s request that it order Microsoft (NASDAQ:) to quickly maintain off on closing its $69 billion buy of “Name of Responsibility” maker Activision Blizzard (NASDAQ:), based on a court docket submitting.
