Startups have a hard time developing their early MVPs when they have no funding – yet are in need of products and traction to be eligible for funding. Working with venture studios would be best fundraising alternative, but the model is not well known and the contracts often don’t protect the founders IP either.
Thus, we are developing a all in one platform to enable service agencies to become venture studios, and startups to find providers easily. We want that agencies can work with early stage startups using contracts such as virtual shares, repayment plans or revenue share, and that startups can build their visions now, and pay the providers later, based on a safe legal framework.
Progress and current status:
Vincent tested the idea with a free beta, then developed our platform with a tech partner. We launched the first version last month and are continunally releasing more functions, all fully bootstrapped. And we already have the first paying customers and successful contracts made with our platform.
What is a crazy story about the startup?:
The idea started during a hackathon, but two of the initiators left within a year, because building up a marketplace is both brutal and difficult – compared to working as freelancer. Vincent bought them out, stayed and kept building solo, until his Mentor introduced Andreas to help him lift the vision off the ground. Within 3 months, the two refocused the project, rebuilt the entire platform, cut 80% of content & features, introduced a pay wall, verified the market, made the whole apporach bilingual and remodeled the concept as a SaaS – out of their living rooms.
What is a company the startup looks up to, and why?:
We could not name a single particular one. We salute those that built and scaled something meaningful by solving problems and helping their target groups, from indiehacker to unicorns. We see you. You rule.

The biggest venture studio as a service platform. We will be able to reinvest ourselves into startups, being responsible for having brought together thousands of happy startups & agencies and having helped to create hundreds of jobs all over the globe.
