(WO) — ConocoPhillips has signed a 20-year gross sales and buy settlement (SPA) with Enterprise International to buy 1 MMtpa of liquefied pure fuel (LNG), starting in 2030.
The long-term settlement will present ConocoPhillips with extra U.S. LNG provide as the corporate continues to develop its international LNG portfolio.
Enterprise International CEO Mike Sabel stated the settlement establishes ConocoPhillips as a long-term buyer and displays continued demand for U.S. LNG.
“This settlement displays continued market confidence in our confirmed means to ship dependable, low-cost U.S. LNG shortly and at scale,” Sabel stated. “We sit up for supporting ConocoPhillips’ rising international LNG portfolio for many years to return.”
The businesses didn’t disclose the monetary phrases of the settlement or determine which Enterprise International LNG facility will provide the contracted volumes.
